The resort sits on Batu Ferringhi Beach, surrounded by 30 acres of tropical gardens with views of the sea or Penang hills. The property uses traditional Minangkabau architecture and offers a resident Eco Centre that educates guests on conservation efforts, including turtle protection.
Rooms & Wing Options
The hotel has 262 rooms split between two wings: the Garden Wing and the Rasa Wing. The Rasa Wing offers exclusive privileges including all-day beverages, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails with canapés from 17:30 to 19:00. Rasa Wing guests also have access to an adults-only pool (ages 16 and above) and a dedicated breakfast at the Feringgi Grill with a la carte options.

Three on-site restaurants include the Feringgi Grill (open Thursday to Sunday, 6 pm to 10 pm) serving European dishes with garden views. CHI, The Spa provides a variety of treatments including aromatherapy, massages, and facials in a dedicated spa facility with lounge and relaxation areas. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools in the Garden Wing and one adults-only pool in the Rasa Wing, plus a well-equipped gym, tennis court, and a 7-hole golf course (currently closed until further notice). Guests can also access the Adventure Zone and a children's play area at the sister property.
Family & Location
The hotel offers a variety of children's activities onsite, including water slides and a wide array of family programming at the Adventure Zone. A free shuttle service to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of George Town is available (currently suspended until further notice), and the property is steps from Batu Ferringhi Beach and close to Penang National Park. The resort also features an electric vehicle charging station and free parking for guests.
